Address Accuracy:

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, Clear Bio Relief is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS for assistance.
